Relationship Issues
You may be doing well in many areas of your life, but when it comes to relationships, it’s a different story. You might start off well in relationships, but then they inevitably fall apart, or maybe you stay in relationships you know are not good for you. Perhaps you are wondering whether to stay in a current relationship, or you’re feeling hopeless and ready to give up. You worry about being alone forever – that you will never find someone who is right for you. Finding yourself in relationships that are unrewarding or negative can feel lonely and frustrating.

You can have a different experience that feels supportive and nurturing. One where you are accepted and loved for who you are by someone who shares your values. Relationships are a struggle for many people, but with support, you can become better at them. Relationship therapy will help you figure out your deepest needs by first doing an examination of how you feel about yourself (self-esteem, needs and values) and then move on to how you are relating to those around you. In doing this you can learn about the choices that influence what you feel when you’re with others and how to impact how others respond to you. You will use this new knowledge to create the relationships you desire.
